Cheese-leek soup


  • 100 grams leek
  • 250 milliliters beef broth
  • 25 grams creamy cheese with greens
  • 25 grams processed creamy cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 grams ground beef
  • 0,25 onion

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop leek into thin circles, boil in the beef broth for about 20 minutes. Add processed creamy cheese and cheese with greens, let them melt. Add sour cream. Chop onion, fry with ground beef in butter for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, salt and pepper in the broth. Serve with baguette.
