Rye dumplings with blood

Ingredients

  • 500 milliliters pig blood
  • 250 beef broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rye flour

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix pork blood soup, salt and pepper with rye flour until stiff dough. Form the dumplings wich are boiled for 1 hour in salted water over low heat. Cool.
