  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons chive
  • 0.5 teaspoons pickled cucomber
  • 0.25 teaspoons capers
  • 0,5 tablespoons yogurt
  • 0,25 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • a bit of cucumber marinade
  • sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce

Preparation method (receipt)

For Dijon mayonnaise : mix mustard with yogurt, add pepper, sugar, salt and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Peel and dice egg, mix with chopped pickled cucumber, capers and chive, dress with Dijon mayonnaise, add cucumber marinade for poignancy.
