Smoked salmon creme


  • 150 grams creamy cheese
  • 70 grams smoked salmon
  • 0.5 bunch of chives
  • 0,25 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • salt and pepper
  • crackers or white bread for serving

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice finely a smoked trout. Pass garlic through the press. Chop chive. Mix all the ingredients. Serve crème with crackers or white bread.
