Puff roll with pate

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • ready-made liver pate
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 grams grated cheese

Preparation method (receipt)

Roll out the puff pastry into a layer. Chop finely onion and sweet pepper, fry in the vegetable oil, put on the pate. Roll up, place seam down into the baking sheet, grease with whipped yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a pre-heated oven according to the package directions, slice and serve.
