Fried potatoes with mushrooms


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams potatoes
  • 250 grams champignons
  • 100 grams chanterelles
  • 75 milliliters cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, pass until transparent coarsely chopped onions. Cut the peeled potatoes 1 centimetercubes and fry, add the sliced mushrooms into quarters and chanterelles, fry and pour the cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
