Peel the garlic and divide into cloves.Fry pine nuts until golden brown in a dry pan without oil. Melt the honey and simmer the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add grape juice and salt a bit. Place goat cheese on the baking tray, covered with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with pepper and Amaretti, bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 5-8 minutes.
