Cheese spätzle


  • 1 kilogram fresh spätzle
  • 400 milliliters cream
  • 200 grams grated Emmental cheese
  • 0,5 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Dice the onion and fry in the butter. Pour cream, add chopped parsley, salt,pepper, bring to a boil. Add a half of the cheese in a sauce, mix well. Add spätzle, place the mixture into the baking form and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
