Ingredients

  • 700 grams pork (shoulder)
  • 300 grams bacon
  • 1 m pig or sheep intestines
  • 20 grams salt
  • 3 grams black pepper
  • 0.5 grams marjoram
  • 0.5 grams cumin

Preparation method (receipt)

Mince meat and shpik through the smallest nozzle, add salt and spices, grind until smooth. Fill intestines with minced meat, steam. Serve cold or fried.
