Snack egg balls


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 80 grams finely chopped ham
  • 55 grams of mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 grams chopped nuts (pecans or macadamia)

Preparation method (receipt)

Very finely chop (or grate) eggs. Add the parsley, onions and mayonnaise, mix well. Season. Roll small balls 24, each of which nuts breaded and remove for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
