Soft cheese appetizer with pumpkin seeds


  • 2 tablespoons soft creamy cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 0,25 bunch of chive, sliced into rings
  • 0.5 clove of garlic, passed through the press
  • 0,5 tablespoons pumpkin oil
  • 0,5 tablespoons pumpkin seeds,roasted in a dry pan
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix creamy cheese with sour cream, pumpkin oil, garlic and chive, put it in the fridge for 2 hours. When serving, season with salt, black pepper and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
