Light-salted herring with dill

Ingredients

  • 350 milliliters red wine vinegar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 10 herring fillets
  • 150 grams red onion
  • 4 bunches of dill

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil the vinegar with bay leaves and sugar, cool. Wash, dry and finely chop herring fillets. Chop the onion into thin rings, chop dill. Put layers of herring, onion and dill in a glass jar and pour the marinade. Marinate for 2-3 days.
