Mix the beer with mustard, salt and pepper. Chop the onion and garlic slices. Spread in a bowl layers: onions, garlic, meat and marinade, cover the bowl and leave to marinate for a film in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Clean off steaks with slices of onion and garlic and fry the meat on the coals on the grill, oiled.
