Mutton in herb crust

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram rack of mutton
  • Provencal herbs
  • rosemary
  • honey
  • mustard
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup of pesto sauce
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 4 cloves of garlic

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel the garlic, pass trough the press and mix with other ingredients into paste. Place the mutton on the baking sheet, grease with the paste and bake in the oven for 1, 15-1, 30 hours, covered with the baking foil. At the end remove the foil to make crispy.
