Pork in beer


  • 1.5 kilogram pork
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • dark beer

Preparation method (receipt)

Slit the skin, rub the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the melted butter and fry the pork. Cut onion into quarters, slice coarsely carrots, add in the pork. Pour 1 glass of water , add the thyme. Bake on the lower level at 200 degrees Celsius for 1,5-2 hours. Pour the dark beer in 30 minutes before the meat is done. Remove the stew from the form, pour some water over the broth and rub the recieved sauce through a sieve, salt and serve.
