Mustard sauce

Ingredients

  • 30 grams butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 500 milliliters vegetable broth or milk
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • lemon juice or vinegar
  • salt
  • sugar

Preparation method (receipt)

Melt the butter and fry the flour until creamy, pour broth or milk (or half), stirring to avoid lumps, add the mustard, sugar, salt, lemon juice or vinegar.
