Liver with onion and apple

Ingredients

  • 500 grams liver (beef, pork or veal), cut into slices
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Put out on the bottom of the heat-resistant form bacon slices, top with liver and sprinkle with onions. Cover form with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the foil, put the apples and bake for another 15-20 minutes, covered with foil.
