Wild boar goulash


  • 1200 grams wild boar goulash
  • fat for frying
  • 2 onions
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 small mandarin
  • 200 milliliters red wine
  • 200 milliliters broth
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano, sugar, juniper berries

Preparation method (receipt)

Heated with oil and fry the meat parts. Peel onions and saute it until golden brown, return the meat to the pan, pour the wine and broth. Crush the juniper berries, apples cut into 8 pieces and peeled tangerine in pieces. Add vegetables to the meat, salt and cook 1 hour for low heat. Pour in the cream and simmer for another 30 minutes.
