Chop cabbage. Melt the margarine in a pan and fry the cabbage until golden brown. Add pepper, salt, broth and simmer over low heat. Stuffing mix with chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika powder, egg and breadcrumbs. Form small balls and fry them until golden, add the cabbage and stew. When the cabbage is soft, add the potato flour for thickening.
