Berlin style meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500 grams minced pork
  • 1 bun or slice of toast bread
  • a little milk
  • 1 onion
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • marjoram
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Blend the onion, mix with minced meat, soaked in the milk bread, mustard, season with marjoram, salt and pepper. Using wet hands, form the meatballs and fry them until golden brown.
