Frankfurt green sauce

Ingredients

  • Fresh herbs: spinach
  • parsley
  • watercress
  • chervil
  • chive
  • 45 grams sour cream
  • 60 grams natural yoghurt
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash herbs, dry and chop. Add sour cream and yoghurt, season with salt and white pepper, add chopped egg. Serve with potatoes or beef dishes.
