Apple mustard with rosemary


  • 200 grams yellow mustard seeds
  • 100 grams black mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 250 milliliters cider
  • 1 apple
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 200 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Crush the mustard seeds and pepper, pour the cider and let stand for 4 hours. Peel apple, core, grate, mix with apple vinegar, rosemary, sugar, salt and pepper and mustard seeds. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, pour into banks and roll.
