Remoulade with wild garlic


  • 30 grams wild garlic
  • 100 grams radish
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 50 grams salad dressings
  • 150 grams yogurt
  • 0,5 tablespoons cucumber marinade
  • 5 grams sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash wild garlic, cut off the stems, chop leaves. Radish wash, cut into strips. Grind pickles. Mix all the ingredients. Let stand in the refrigerator.
