Chive-egg sauce


  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 2 bunch of chive
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar with herbs
  • 1 shallot
  • salt
  • pepper
  • milk
  • sugar

Preparation method (receipt)

Put sour cream in a bowl, add about 3 tablespoons of vinegar with herbs. Peel and chop the shallots small cubes. Put in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the eggs into slices and add to the sauce and mix (if the sauce is too thick - add milk), let stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving season to taste with sugar.
