Ingredients

  • 300 grams corn salad
  • 4 large champignons
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams ground walnuts
  • walnut oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • herbs
  • butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash corn salad, shake and put on 4 plates in portions. Cut mushrooms into small slices and fry in butter. Dice feta cheese. Shake the egg. Dip cheese in egg, bread in walnuts and fry in vegetable oil. Put the mushrooms and feta on lettuce leaves. Mix vinegar, walnut oil, salt, pepper, herbs to taste and pour over the dish.
