Autumn salad with pears and cheese


  • 2 heads of lettuce
  • 3 small fragrant pears 200 grams spicy cheese, eg., mature Gouda, Emmentaler or blue cheese
  • For the filling: 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon medium spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash lettuce, chop or tear. Peel pears, core and slice, dice cheese. Place pears and cheese on the top of a salad. Rub creamy cheese with mustard and honey, add balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil, season with thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over a salad and serve.
