Celery root salad


  • 375 grams celery root
  • 250 milliliters water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0,5 teaspoons salt
  • 2,5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 0,5 onion
  • 0,5 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel the celery root and cut coarsely, place into a saucepan, add water and salt, bring to a boil and cook until soft. Cool and chop finely, add chopped onion, vinegar, oil, sugar, mix and serve.
