Cold Dishes
Wash fish, dry, drizzle with lemon juice and put in a refractory form. Cut garlic and onions into small cubes, fry gently in olive oil. Scald tomatoes, peel and cut into small cubes, add the chopped oregano and parsley, mix with the onion and garlic, simmer briefly, salt and pepper, put the sauce on the fish and bake 25-30 minutes in the oven at 200-225 degrees Celsius.
