Noodles with wild garlic-cod sauce


  • 500 grams cod fillets
  • 1 bunch of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 400 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 500g wide noodles
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 200 grams cream
  • chili pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the fish into cubes, chop the wild garlic. For the marinade mix 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 100 milliliters of vegetable broth; wild garlic and lime juice, add salt and pepper and marinate the fish in the mixture for 30 minutes. Boil noodles until tender. Fry marinated cod in the remaining oil for about 3 minutes, remove to a warm place. Mix the remaining broth with flour, add the remaining marinade and cook until thick, add cream, salt, pepper and chili. Serve the noodles with this sauce and cod.
