Cod in tarragon sauce


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk leek (white part only)
  • 1 cup of fish broth
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 200 grams cleaned shrimps
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon pesto

Preparation method (receipt)

Melt the butter and pass the onions and leeks, pour the broth, simmer for 8 minutes, add the cream, bring to a boil. Add mustard sauce, mash into puree in blender, put the fish, cook 10 minutes over low heat, add the shrimp, simmer another 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with tarragon pesto, salt and pepper.
