Chicory salad with cream-onion dressing

Ingredients

• 1 head of chicory
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 1 cup of cream
• 1 red onion
• 2 tablespoons vinegar with herbs
• salt
• black pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop chicory and place in cold water, drain and dry. Mix sour cream, cream and vinegar. Peel onion and dice finely, add in a sauce, salt and pepper. Dress chicory with sauce.
