Sweet pepper-onion salad


  • 1 kilogram sweet pepper
  • 250 grams onions
  • 1 clove of garlic For the marinade: 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Tabasco
  • 0,5 bunch of parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel the sweet pepper and cut into shreds. Peel onion and cut into thin circles. For the marinade: mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, season with sugar and Tabasco. Mix sweet pepper with onion, dress with marinade and let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
