Red bean salad with brynza


  • 2 cans of red beans
  • 500 grams cheese
  • 4 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 125 milliliters olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chive

Preparation method (receipt)

Drain red beans, add diced brynza, chopped onions and garlic, passe through the press. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper , olive oil and chopped chive for the dressing. Pour over a salad and let stand.
