Red beet salad with walnuts


  • 125 grams red beets
  • 0,25 red onion
  • a handful of walnuts
  • 0,25 apple
  • 0,5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons grated horseradish
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and grate coarsely the beet. Chop finely onion. Chop coarsely nuts. Dice apples. Mix all the ingredients, dress with olive oil, grated horseradish, balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste and let it stand for 30 minutes.
