Westphalian style potato salad


  • 250 grams jacket potatoes, boiled and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 40 grams thick yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoons mustard
  • 0,5 medium size marinated cucumber
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 0,5 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • cream and spices to taste

Preparation method (receipt)

Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, diced pickled cucumber, chopped onion, chopped egg and pour the received mixture over sliced potatoes. Let stand for several hours. At will, you can add cream and spices in the marinade to taste.
