Chicken breast with wild garlic-mustard crust

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Chop the wild garlic, mixed with mustard and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper breasts, sprinkle with paprika powder. Put into a mold, sprinkle with crumb prepared mustard, pour in broth and bake at 200 degrees Celsius.
