Grilled chicken


  • 1 chicken
  • 70 grams butter at room temperature
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash the chicken and dry. Rub with salt and pepper inside and out. Rub the butter with lemon juice, zest and thyme. Cut the skin in some places and grease with butter mixture. Preheat the oven to 230-240 degrees Celsius. Tie chicken legs and place the chicken into the baking sheet upwards the breast. Bake the chicken depending on weight ( 1,2-1,4 kilograms for an hour). You could mix butter with another spices, for example : paprika powder ar chili pepper.
