Chicken fillet with garlic-nut crust


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, passed through the press
  • 125 milliliters cream
  • 80 grams grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • white pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Salt chicken breasts, pepper and fry in the vegetable oil on high heat. Grease the baking form with vegetable oil, place chicken breasts into it. Mix nuts, garlic, cream, cheese and parsley, salt and pepper, add in the chicken. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
