Broccoli pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 150 milliliters olive oil 125 grams grated Parmesan
  • 125 grams broccoli
  • 125 grams peeled almonds
  • 60 milliliters chicken stock
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0,25 teaspoons ground black pepper

Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and punch until smooth.
