Cold Dishes
Mix softened butter with grated cheese, season with salt and paprika powder. Sift flour with baking powder, add gently cream, knead the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough and cut out small biscuits. Place into the baking sheet, grease with yolk and sprinklewith sesame seeds, poppy and dried herbs, optionally. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
