Flammkuchen with goat cheese


  • 220 grams wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 125 milliliters water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 200 grams sour cream
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary 3 teaspoons honey

Preparation method (receipt)

Preheat the oven to maximum. Cut green onions into rings. Mix flour, vegetable oil, water and salt, knead the smooth dough. Cut the dough into halves, roll out thinly. Place into a baking tray, covered with baking paper. Grease with sour cream and goat cheese, sprinkle with green onions and rosemary, bake for 10 minutes on the high level, drizzle with honey and serve.
