Preparation method (receipt)

For the dough: mix flour, cold butter, salt, egg and water. It's more comfortable to make the dough in a food processor with nozzle \"knife\" . For the filling: chop onion and fry with cut bacon in the melted lard. Add pasty cottage cheese, egg and cream, mix well, add sifted flour in the filling, season with salt, pepper and garlic, passed through the press, to taste. Place the dough in the round form with removable bottom, pierce with a fork some times. Fill with the filling and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
