  • 175 grams water, 250 grams pumpkin pulp

  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 pear
  • 200 grams sour cream
  • 100 grams Gorgonzola

Preparation method (receipt)

Make dough from wheat flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt and olive oil, leave it for an hour for recovery. Cut pumpkin pulp into thin slices. Red onion - wedges and bacon - straws. Core a pear, cut it into pieces, cut gorgonzola into cubes. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, spread with sour cream, sprinkle with seasonings, put slices of pumpkin, onion, bacon, pear and Gorgonzola. Bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with pumpkin seeds.
