Trout fillet salad

Ingredients

  • 80 grams smoked trout fillet
  • 0,5 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 0,25 cucumber
  • 0,5 red sweet pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 radishes
  • 0,5 sour apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • honey
  • 1 teaspoon medium spicy mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • salad

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut lettuce into shreds, slice finely cucumber, sweet pepper, tomato, radishes and apple. Peel the orange, put out seeds , slice. Place lettuce on the plate. Mix yogurt with balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, pepper, salt and dill, add the vegetable oil, dress the salad, decorate on the top with trout and orange.
