Herring and smoked salmon salad


  • 50 grams creamy horseradish
  • 150 grams yogurt
  • 200 grams pasty cottage cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 apples, finely chopped
  • 200 grams smoked salmon, cut into small slices
  • 250 grams herring fillets, finely chopped
  • 4 pickled cucumber, minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the horseradish cream, yogurt and cottage cheese paste. Add onions, pickles and apple. In the end, add the salmon and herring, stir, season to taste with salt, pepper and dill.
