Herring-beet salad


  • 6 herring fillets (salted or pickled)
  • 2 apples
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 500 grams boiled beets
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • milk
  • sugar

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean and diced hard-boiled eggs and chilled. Peel and slice the apples. Diced beets cleaned and ready. Cut slices of herring. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl. Fill the mixture of cream, sour cream and yogurt (if necessary to dilute the sauce with milk). Season to taste with sugar.
