Wash potatoes and boil in their jackets for about 20 minutes. Peel them and leave until cool. Slice them into pieces about 0,5 centimeters thickness. Cut cleaned chive into fine circles. Slice radishes. Cut pickled cucumber into circles, wash chive and chop. Dissolve the broth in 50 milliliters of water and stew chive in it about 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix with white wine vinegar and cucumber marinade, add salt, pepper, mustard and sugar. Pour sauce over potatoes and leave it for 30 minutes. Add radishes, pickled cucumber and chive. Cut chive into circles and roll in flour. Slice Bavarian meat bread. Fry meat bread slices in the pan , put out. Add oil in the pan and fry chive until gold. Place meat bread slices and chive on the top of the salad. Serve warm.
