White sausage-radish salad


  • 100 grams white radishes or garden radish
  • salt, 75 grams white sausages
  • 0,5 red onion medium-sized
  • 0,5 pickle
  • 0,5 tablespoons sweet mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • ground black pepper
  • 0,25 bunch of chive

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel radishes or garden radishes and slice. Sprinkle a little salt and leave for 15 minutes. Boil white sausages, let it cool little. Slice sausages. Peel red onion, slice into thine half-circles. Finely chop pickled cucumber. Mix mustard, vinegar, oil and pepper. Chop chive. Mix all the ingredients with dressing, salt and leave for 15 minutes.
