Roasted potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 medium size potatoes, sliced into thin circles
  • 0,5 onions, finely chopped
  • 50 grams bacon
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • cumin

Preparation method (receipt)

Melt the bacon fat in a pan, pour the vegetable oil. Add potatoes with and fry on each side. Add the onion into a pan. Reduce the heat to medium and fry the onion, stirring every 2-3 minutes. Fry until done (for 20-30 minutes), season with salt, pepper, Cayenne pepper, cumin and paprika.
