Baked cauliflower


  • 2 large cauliflowers
  • 4 eggs
  • 0,5 nutmeg
  • 5 leaves of lovage
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut with cauliflower outer leaves, put into cold water for 15 minutes. Cut the cabbage into quarters and fry. Grate nutmeg and mix with 1 egg and a pinch of salt. Put the cauliflower in a refractory form, pour eggs. Bake in the oven until the eggs thicken. Chop lovage, serve with sauerkraut.
